Very friendly atmosphere all round- nothing seems to be a problem for the instructors, restaurant or retail outlet staff. We have only visited one other resort with our children so am lacking sufficient comparison. However, ski schools are exceptional due to the quality of the instructors and the small size of the groups. The lessons run the entire day for both adults and kids alike. It is so professionally run that you dont find yourself worrying about the safety of your kids. For those who like coffee- visit the "Lift company" (adjacent to the kids ski school building)
While the restaurants are pricey there is a supermarket and liquor store. The lift ticket and ski passes are good value in my view especially when you consider the choice and expanse of skiing terrain available. We were fortunate to have experienced historic snowfall patterns, however visibility was variable. Overall, an amazing experience and a location I would recommend without hesitation for families and those who are still learning.
