    Spirit Mountain Review

    Pros: Great night skiing, good lift system

    Cons: Weather is at the mercy of Lake Superior

    Spirit Mountain--just like all the other resorts in the Midwest--is suffering. I guess we took that early-season snowfall for granted. But since then, we've been blanked...I think we're going on two months... Full review

    Pros: Great lift system, good grooming

    Cons: Weather is at the mercy of Lake Superior

    Poor Spirit Mountain. They just can't catch a break with the weather. Between yesterday's warm-up that froze over night, and today's blowing snow, they can't really get any love from the elements.... Full review

    Spirit Mountain was finally open full-time this weekend. What a great surprise, especially considering they are 95% open too. But now the bad news: the snow is like concrete! Even with the... Full review
