Jeseníky Mountains are located on the border between the Czech and Polish region of Slezsko. The highest mountain of Jeseníky protected area is the Praděd (1492 m) on the top of which stands a television transmitter. The top point of this transmitter is the highest point in the Czech Republic. Jeseníky offer many interesting places worth visiting. For example Ovčárna, Karlova Studánka or Jeseník. The weather here allows skiing from November until May. There are also many opportunities for hiking.
