The largest ski centre between Voss and Oppdal, Stranda is located within an area of wild beauty and has gained a reputation for offering the best off-piste skiing in Norway. It has hosted a Womens' World Cup Downhill and Slalom and offers paragliding and hang-gliding for guests. A free daycare operates for guests during the busy Easter holiday period.
