There is a huge range of package options available, for example book a week-long stay at the Holzl guesthouse in Itter, including a six-day ski pass, costing €572.90 in total for two adults sharing a room during Super Ski Weeks, a reduction of nearly €300 on the regular price of €868.

Alternatively, stay in the four-star Aktivhotel Hochfilzer in Ellmau in a double room on a half-board basis, including six-day ski passes for two adults, costing €1,302,30 for two, reduced by more than €650 from the regular rate of €1,960. The same holiday is also possible in a junior suite for €1,447.90, down from €2,184.

The Skiwelt offers some 279 kilometres (174 miles) of trails and is the largest lift linked terrain in Austria. It also holds the title of having the most artificial snow covering in the country, when needed.

There are nine villages to choose from to stay in the giant Skiwelt area: Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Scheffau, Söll, Kelchsau, and Westendorf.
