What . . . Overlooking more than 52 acres of scenic woodland, the Brentwood Ski Centre is well suited to all levels, from beginners to racers.

There are four slopes, all with a SkiTech surface: the main slope is 180 metres long and accessed via a button tow; the short main is 120 metres with a button tow; and the two nursery slopes used for teaching, both 40 metres long, accessed via a rope tow. There's also a snowboard park for freestylers. The latest snow clothing and equipment is available at the centre.

A range of courses are available, including adult group courses, a children's morning, private tuition, school and youth group courses, and a ladies' morning.

The Brentwood Ski Centre is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Friday and 12-12:30 p.m. to 6-8 p.m. at weekends.
