What . . . There are two dry ski slopes with dendix: the main slope is 160 metres long with 50 metres of moguls and there is also a nursery slope.

Open practice is available to all those who can control speed and direction and use the lifts without assistance.

There are also a range of lessons for all ages and skiing abilities, including juniors, adult beginners, adult intermediates, adult advanced, as well as private lessons.

The centre is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mon-Fri and until 5 p.m. at weekends. Open practice sessions are possible 6-9 p.m. Monday to Friday and 1-6 p.m. at the weekends.

Other amenities . . . The snowsports shop rents ski/board equipment for all ages and also offers ski servicing. Catered party packages are available for kids/groups.

Price . . . Three hours of open practice skiing or snowboarding for £15 including ski/board and boot hire.
