Mt. Bachelor Thinks Pink

The Riders for the Cure fundraiser returns to Mt. Bachelor for a second go-round April 5. The halfpipe and rail jam event is not a competition per se, but a benefit for the Sara Fisher Breast Cancer Project. However, there will be prizes for the three highest fundraisers, the best pink costume, the best trick (male and female), and the most improved (male and female). Last year's inaugural RFTC event raised nearly $14,000; Bachelor is hoping to top the 20G mark this time. Call (541) 382-1709 or log on to events@mtbachelor.com for further information.
