Here's how the Tremblant T-Pass works: Purchase one by Oct. 15 and get three days of skiing or riding to use over a seven-day period for $129. That's $43 a day, Tremblant's lowest lift ticket rate of the year. Up to four more days can be added at time of purchase for $49 each. Adults 18 and up pay $129 for the T-Pass; juniors 6 to 17 pay $99 for the T-Pass.

Passes cannot be transferred, are limited to one per person for the season, and are good for seven days from the date of original use.

Tremblant, opened in 1939, has 94 trails and 70 acres of glades for a total of 625 acres of skiable terrain, 13 lifts and a vertical drop of 2,116 feet. The resort is nestled in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec, northwest of Montreal.

Tremblant has begun a 10-year, $1 billion expansion plan that will include pedestrian villages, hundreds of residential units, commercial space, convention facilities, chairlifts and more.
