2. Parks & Pipes

Whether you are into big air tricks, the halfpipe or just a beginner wanting to learn the trade, this is where Laax really excels above and beyond. Laax hosts the Burton European Open as well as other freestyle events so the park obstacles are always in top shape. It also home to the world's longest and highest permanent halfpipe and quite frankly, it's a monster!
Besides the superpipe, there is another 'normal' pipe and an obstacle park for the more advanced riders just below Crap Sogn Gion.
Over on the upper side of Crap Sogn Gion at Alp Dado you will find a beginner park and some serious kickers including one with a massive airbag that lets you train your flips and spins without ever hurting yourself.
All parks also come with a separate lift so that you do not need to hike back up. If you haven't had enough obstacles, kickers and pipes in the snow Laax provides the perfect place to enhance your skills after the lifts are closed: The Freestyle Academy.
