Interesting comment. I have a family of six and we ski and SNOWBOARD you need to get off the kick of snowboard rifraff because there are plenty of rude skiers as well. Especially the ones who think their hot stuff and speed and cut off other skiers. I think that people in general like to judge and generalize. I am glad that Crystal is realizing that they need to broaden what they offer. By the way a SKIER last year took out my 12 year old daughter had the nerve to cuss at her then skied off. She had a concussion as a result. Her helmet saved her from severe injury. He was in his 40's-50's and skiing way too fast.
The previous comment is correct in that it doesn't matter if you are on a snowboard or a ski - out of control is out of control. If you can't be in control and are being reckless you shouldn't be on the mountain. I wish that resorts would have a no tolerance policy. I have seen so many places issue warning after warning and do nothing becuase they don't want to "alienate" regulars. There shouldn't even be a warning. Your warning is on the back of your lift ticket and posted everywhere. If someone is recklessly out of control and crashes into my family...............
they need a park. they should of had a park years ago, they have the terrain for it. main reason i leave my back yard is to go to other hills for jump/rail format. kill two birds with one stone please
