    I had always respected Taos for its skier only policy but I can accept the change as an economic necessity. Due to location and the current economy I assume it was a matter of survival for the resort.
    I would suggest that there still be some areas where skiers alone are allowed and perhaps some snowboard only areas. This might ease the transition and give people options on their ski environment.
