Region Wide Comparison

Area Profile

A small ski area managed by the nearby Mountain Centre Club Hallbjønn, some 300-500m away (depending on which part of the complex you go to) and you can ski to or from your lodging. The Hallbjønn Centre is located in beautiful mountainous territory between 800 and 1500 m above sea level. The area features rolling mountain ranges, heights and pine clad peaks and numerous lakes.

On the mountain slopes vary in length from about 700 to 1400 m, and are well prepared for downhill, Telemark skiing and snowboarding. There are also off-piste possibilities. The area is also ideal for cross-country skiing and hiking. During the winter marked cross-country tracks are laid out around the centre.

There's a lodge with a simple menu, close to the ski lifts and a shop where you can rent ski equipment.
