Tryvann Vinterpark has a ski market share of more than 60% in the Oslo area and is the sixth largest ski resort in Norway measured by lift ticket sales, hosting close to 220.000 visitors per season. Two modern quad chairs provide uplift and there's a well featured terrain park. The normal season stretches from the beginning of December to mid-April with most of the runs covered by snowmaking open for night skiing to 10pm most of the season.

    Best skiing next to a capital city

    Pros: Reach from Oslo by tram, great atmosphere, fast lifts
    Cons: Walk or shuttle from tram stop to slopes
