Snow Reporter Comments: Hi skiers and snowboarders! It' the last ski week-end at Mont-Sainte-Anne, with Spring conditions on the slopes. A variable sky with temperature at 10 degrees are forecast today. Two lifts will be in operation: the Gondolas and L'Express du Nord. Two chalet are open, one at the base and one on the summit and offer restauration. On North side, one green run is available, La Ferréolaise. Beginners will have to return at the base with the gondolas. The ski patrol ask you to be careful on certain runs in expert area and on South side, because the snow surface can vary. Also, some sections require skiers to remove skis in order to continue their run. Have a great Friday!
Mont-Sainte-Anne is a year-round mountain destination located within the Laurentian mountain chain about 40km northeast of Quebec City. The ski resort is known for providing guest with spectacular scenery, long groomed trails and family friendly activities. The ski area contains a wide mix of terrain that ranges beginner to advanced.
The resort is host to multiple other winter activities including cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, sleigh rides and ice skating. Mont-Sainte-Anne is one of Canada’s original ski areas and opened in January of 1966.
