Rytro is a big village with about 4000 inhabitants. It is located in Nowy Sącz County, in the southern part of Lesser Poland Province.

Rytro offers only one ski station: “Ryterski Raj”. Ski routes are very good prepared, illuminated, artificially snowed and opened till late evenings. Nearby there is a full infrastructure: ski equipment rentals, ski schools, gastronomic bases and car park.

In the village you can find interesting walking routes, ruins of Rytro Castle, and also a shelter from World War Two period.

To Rytro you can get from Nowy Sącz, with route nr 28 (from West or East), or nr 75 (from North), and next with the road nr 87. Trains and buses run from bigger cities to Nowy Sącz, where a change is necessary.
