    Solitude Mountain Resort Review

    Pros: A long-kept secret, amazing snow

    Cons: Difficult to get around on-piste

    Solitude? The resort gets a “huh” from many people who haven’t been to Utah. It’s not as renowned as neighboring Snowbird or Alta. It’s not as favored by locals as Brighton. But... Full review

    Xmas skiing

    Pros: Great snow, low crowds

    Cons: none

    Skied Solitude with my two kids. Snow was just fantastic with loads of powder available for me and my kids could ski down the same part of the mountain on well groomed... Full review

    Early Season at Solitude

    Pros: friendly staff

    Cons: not enouth runs open

    We booked two days at Solitude right after opening day in conjunction with business trip and it was great. All the staff, from the liftees to the rental guys to the bartenders... Full review

    Cons: I don't live there.

    The first rule about Solitude is we don't talk about Solitude. This is my favorite area in Utah. Great snow. Great terrain. Never crowded. Does it have as much "extreme" terrain as... Full review
