Snow Reporter Comments: Stormy skies are back, and so is the snow! (kind of) Our late season storm kicks into high gear today, delivering a possible 2-4 inches of new snow starting at around 8200 feet. That’s enough elevation to lay fresh flakes over most of the mountain. Base areas will experience mixed precipitation. The Main Street Soli Parks will be closed today for maintenance, and this is the last weekend to ride the Tude Dudes Terrain Park before we close it for the season. Head up high for the best turns and don’t forget your shell — it’s going to be wet out there. Temperatures will drop overnight and so will the snow level, encapsulating the entire hill — perfect timing to beef up the bumps for our Bump-Off Mogul Competition on Saturday. The competition is free and open to all. Show your skills in our mogul field and then head over to Last Chance Lodge at 2:00 p.m. for our final Beach Bash of the season, featuring live music by The Alpines.
