Great small resort. The express chair let's you ski a ton of good vertical in a short time.

For the second year in a row, the primary lift used to access the mountain is broken down. I got a line about how great it was that they had the public welfare in mind when they decided to haul the old lift out for complete refurbishment. However, a little preseason planning would have gone a long way to keeping the season pass holders happy. In the mean time, they are operating only the bunny hill with a $69 ticket price. I had to laugh when the guy at the ticket window told me how much a lift ticket was. This could be a great little resort if the management could get their act together, but alas... it is the staff that manages to hold the place together in spite of management.
Great employees
Terrible management.

Tiny resort. Lifts not running. Used a credit card for the first time in 6 months and started getting fraud alerts that afternoon.
Only 1 lift open, charged us full price in advance. No warning on the one lift

Cheap
Only 1 trail open and was definitely NOT a beginner’s trail.

I really like this resort. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The tickets are super affordable and the runs are fun. I definitely recommend trying it out!
Great price, really nice for beginners
This year there wasn't a lot of snow, however they did a great job keeping what snow they got and staying open.

Great for season warm up, large groups, beginners, families. Day pass last all day and night. Half day includes night. What a deal.
Cheap, Night skiing, Family specials
short runs, few black diamonds
I dont know whether it was the awfully built terrain park, the vertical of maybe 200 feet, or maybe it was the fact that it looked like the lift operators were hired off the street, whatever it was this hill was the worst ive ever snowboarded. Previously being at Snowbird, Snowbasin, and Brighton, I dont know what I was thinking coming to this dump. I wasnt expecting steep vertical or anything but at least get a couple good jibs. Their C-box looked like it was about to fall over and the kink was probably out of a dumpster. Being from NJ my home mountains are creek and boulder but even they were better than this Utah hill. If you want to blow 30+ dollars just head right on over to this bad mark on Utah. Utah has the best snow on earth except for this one mountain.
none
terrain park....everything
Brought the family to Utah for a ski vacation. My 4 year old ( 1 month from being 5) took a 2 hour ski lesson and was skiing the rest of the day and night + rest of the trip with my wife, while I snowboarded intermitently with them and on my own here and at powder + snowbasin. The lessons and his reponse to skiing blew my expectations out of the water (or should I say snow). He is ready to go again and we just got back. Only complaints were long rental line for him and my wife-(it was New years Eve) and no daycare for my 2 year old daughter. Also the lodge is small, but not an issue if you are not concerned with that (if so go to snowbasin --they also have child care). All in all Wolf Mountain is perfect for a young family's first day or so while taking lessons and getting the feel of things, since it so cheap and not too spread out. You can keep track of one another easily. Very few, but exhillirating short black and blue runs for me to warm up on while my son was taking lessons, but great for the first day and for the price. snow conditions are great (still Utah). If they get child care this place would be the perfect family mountain.
Great for family begining before hitting the bigger resorts
No chilld care for kid snot old enough for ski school
