We had a great day overall with the exception of the rental board that my fiances son rented. We had problems with the binding all day and had to go into the rental shop three times. On the last run of the day the front binding literally came apart and he injured his back. The real problem was with the rental shop attendant that would not give us a refund. What a bust! The instructor that was with us was blown away by the guys complete lack of concern regarding the rental of unsafe equipment. I have to say that I wonder why we were treated so poorly. Is this resort so secure in its financial future that basic customer service is out the door? I would also note that we were very polite and patient but I think were learned an important lesson after spend almost $300.00 on rentals and lift tickets. This resort needs some serious help with basic hospitality. Good luck 49!
