Crystal Mountain ski area is located next to Mt. Rainier National Park in the Cascade Range of Washington, less than two hours from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Crystal Mountain offers 2,600 acres of accessible terrain (2,300 acres of which are lift served). Skiers and riders will find everything from relaxed groomers to challenging advanced terrain. Expansive backcountry parallels the open boundary policy for experts.

11 lifts service Crystal Mountain’s 486 inches of average annual snowfall. Crystal Mountain has a summit elevation of 6,872 feet, delivering 3,100 feet of vertical. The winter season usually runs from Thanksgiving to mid-April. This year-round resort offers a number of summer activities as well, including disc golf, scenic gondola rides, hiking, horseback rides, mountain biking and mountain yoga.

Two full service restaurants, two cafeterias, deli-expresso bar, complete day lodge, two full service bars, pub, and salon. A new 12,500-square-foot on-mountain restaurant, dubbed Campbell Basin Lodge, near the top of the Forest Queen lift. Sports shop, post office, grocery, and chapel at area. Ski patrol first aid room; Community Memorial Hospital 39 miles away. Ski rental and repair at slope and in Seattle and Enumclaw. Cross country rental and repair in Seattle and Enumclaw. Ski classes in racing, moguls, powder, telemark, snowboarding, Junior and children. Updated ski service center.

      First time here....drove up from Seattle was visiting...WOW, WOW, WOW. Lucked out with big powder day.....a little heavy, but what great terrain...
