Good location- the restaurant 10 Mike was pretty nasty ( dirty) and sick waitress coughing and sneezing all over us . Mountain is pretty and skiing is average. Long walk to mountain for 50. Parking spot. Generally meh.

Copper is the second-best resort in Colorado behind Steamboat. Great terrain parks, back bowls, glades, something for everyone. The best separation of different experience levels makes it safer and more enjoyable than most other resorts.

At approximately 2:30 pm Feb 17th i put my new skis on the front portion of the metal ski rack directly adjacent to the tall wooden speaker tower at the base of the ski village (2nd tower from the left)
Nordica Enforcer 94 Skis - Men's - 2021/2022 172 CM.
They had a pair of bright red poles attached. 20 minutes later I came back and they were gone. I walked all the racks for 1/2 hr thinking it might have been a mistake.
I filed a report at the lost and found. The mountain staff were of little help or had little concern. I know there's not much chance of recovery but they were brand new and my first pair of new skis in 20 years. I called two different offices trying to get help and was put off as an inconvenience.
I know there are cameras in the near vicinicty but the resort didn't seem to want to try and help. Kind of pathetic. I live in NM and ski Taos all the time and they hate that sort of thing happening and go after it aggressively. Who knows...maybe I'll get lucky here.

From an excellent ski school to huge and varied terrain for all levels of skiers from easy greens to exceptional off piste experiences Copper offers a wonderful experience for the occasional/beginner skier to the all mountain expert with instructors ready and able to support all levels. I'm surprised that it isn't rated in the top 5 on the "On The Snow" list, but maybe that's because Vail is an advertiser.

I spent a fair amount at Copper Mountain. I think it’s fantastic. It meets the needs of many different skier levels, and the way they have the mountain laid out, keeps the experts and beginners, somewhat separated..

Great resort. Second favorite in Colorado behind Breckenridge. There isn't a resort with better groomed terrain in the country that I've visited

Copper is flat out the best mountain in Colorado. The vibe is unreal and the park is the holy grail of jumps and features. The back bowls are ridiculous and will blow your mind. Filled to the brim with the some of the ur best steeps and trees you’ll ever encounter, the back bowls alone make copper my favorite Colorado mountain. The tourists have tainted this great establishment a bit though and they clog the lift lines and straight up don’t know how to drive. Overall, 10/10 destination
