Good conditions at beginning of week. Tuesday had icy conditions on some slopes but overnight snow and this morning has made for good skiing.

First time in Zermatt! Many intermediate runs open with machine groomed surface. It was sunny and 35 degrees, so it felt like spring! If you’re looking for the off piste areas or more challenging terrain, you’ll need to wait for new snow.

Plenty of snow coverage on the piste but due to the warm weather it gets quite slushy in the afternoon. However it is still great skiing the main issue is the wind’s and getting caught in the wrong valley when they shut the lifts we had to wait until 4 pm before they would put on a bus to bring us back to Couchevel from Meribel. You would think the free valley bus would cover this automatically but it doesn’t it was a massive pain for over 100 people
