Hard packed and rocky. Stay away from big sky until they get like 2 feet of fresh. Jackson hole has better snow right now.

Skied Saturday and snow on the back side was stellar. Most other runs didn’t have anything fresh to grip onto but at least it wasn’t icy, we had some really quick runs. The lines were insane, skip skiing Saturday if you can ski other days.

Loved skiing mineral basin the afternoon of 1/4 after skiing Alta in the morning. Soft fresh snow and mostly empty. More snow on the way. Wax 'em up!

Great day, conditions were good across most runs, 20cm over night and snowed all day. 45 minute line up for Gondola in the AM and limited indoor options to eat but the hill is open and running well despite Covid.

One of my best days at Louise in a while. Lots of fresh snow up the top, warm day with bluebird skies. Reasonably busy for mid week so fairly tracked out and a few runs all moguls. Man made snow building on lower runs front side. *App is not correctly showing the snow report.

We skied Saturday and even by lunch time you could still find sections of the mountain where the snow was still fresh! No ice just a lot of great snow! Visibility wasn’t the best but that didn’t matter when you had a soft landing. It was a busy Saturday though with the fresh snow and competitions going on.

Gotta love a ski town where you can’t see the main storey of the houses.

My daughter (11) and I had a blast. The conditions were incredible. The mountain was 100% open and every trail we went on was in perfect shape. I can’t wait to get back up there next weekend

Started at Goats at opening and progressed over the Standish. Crunchy underneath and powder unearth made for a lot of surprises. As of 1:30PM, there is a massive dump. Tomorrow should be an amazing day for Sunshine!

Fresh snow and soft packed everywhere. Groomed runs are virtually deserted as everyone is headed for the glades and bowls

Skied Mt Ellen on Sat 2/1 because we figured the rest of Sugarbush would be crowded. Had plenty of company but not too crowded and really great snow to play in. Sugarbush/Mt Ellen has the best groomers and snow making in New England, seriously! Mother nature gives SB a decent base and they know how to make it better. We enjoyed soft turns and no hard pack all day, especially appreciated after going the next day over to Loon in NH where it was noisy hard pack on every run.

We were pleasantly surprised at the great conditions today, plenty of snow cover, no ice, most of our favorite trails to choose from. Murphy's Glade was as good as it's ever been as was Lynx North, although Spring Fling was a bit hidden under those major whales of stored man-made snow which will no doubt be groomed away for the weekend. We were happy to take a Friday off and best the weekend crowds. Maybe Saturday is a good day to ski Glen Ellen instead.

Jan 28 snowed all day until the evening, Jan 29 bluebird 11" up top is accurate. Snow was a bit heavy. The clumps are falling out of the trees and would seemingly take you out. DEEP up the headwall / casper. By about 1:30 the sun baked nearly everything all into hard, deep, frozen crud. Phenomenal day, but mostly groomers until the next dump. The mountain is chewed up deep. Sometimes you get lucky... Past 2 days were great.
