Where is the snow?

Over the last couple of weeks we've seen plenty of snow for the Pyrenees while the Alps saw only localised snowfalls. However at the start of this week the snow clouds returned bringing some substantial dumps to the French, Austrian and Swiss Alps (as well as the Pyrenees), just in time for the half-term ski crowd. And the great news is there's more powder on the way!
