The Northern French Alps has recieved the lion’s share of snow over the past week with 20-50cm for Les Arcs, Meribel, La Plagne, Tignes, Val d'Isere, Les Menuires and more - building a nice early base before the season starts.

Since the heavy snowfall, conditions have become milder and some European resorts have been forced to close temporarily due to poor visibility from low cloud cover. Some of the best skiing at present can be found in Solden (0-180cm), Cervinia-Breuil (35-160cm), Hintertux glacier (0-110cm) Tignes (15-100cm).

Andorran ski resorts have been posting pictures of some great early snowfalls, although they're not due to open until Dec. 1.

Looking ahead, Italy and Switzerland are expecting the most snow over the next 3 days.
