Get back on your skis before everyone else! The world-class ski resort of Tignes, France has opened its glacier for daily skiing.

Some of the world's greatest athletes and champions will be using the autumn ski area to train and prepare for future competitions on race pistes.

The Grande Motte Glacier (3656m) is open between 8:30am-2:45pm (last lift down in the funicular at 3:30pm). From Sept. 30 to Nov. 24, a one-day ski pass will cost €32 adults or six consecutive days for €192. Click here to download complete price list.

For an added bonus, after a great day's skiing on the glacier you can enjoy free access to the swimming pool of the Lagon with a ski pass of two days or more.
