Ski resorts across Europe have closed 4-6 weeks early as Coronavirus takes hold.

France, Austria, Andorra, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Norway all closed for skiing last week following government policy to limit crowds and closed public places to stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Scotland was one of the last in Europe to close for the 2019-20 ski season, announcing yesterday all resorts were now closed following more stringent measures by the government to curb social gatherings.

Some resorts in Finland and Sweden are still open but expected to close soon.
