Despite warm conditions most open trails were good to go but as day progressed too many soft spots to catch an edge on.still had a good half day with some nice blues and blacks avoided the moguls and glades.
First time there impressed with the vertical drop on the racing trail.lifts were running smoothly.

Smuggs never disappoints. We skied all day on Sunday Feb 9, 30+" new snow in past few days, very cold, no wind, no crowds! Both Madonna and Sterling peaks were in top shape. Friendly skiers ad boarders and great lifties. Tough to pick a favorite run: Upper FIS, Chilcoot, Rumrunner, Black Snake and Practice Slope.

Very much sprinkle ski conditions today at Smuggs. The snow is wet but, as of midday, Grimme trails are holding up well. Kid’s are sticking to Morse Mountain, where lift lines are short / nonexistent

Smuggs was sticky on the flats Sat 4/13. Steeper terrain was where it was at!!!
