The service on the slope is very good, with many beginners, which is why the lift is often stopped.
I bought a ticket online (pass and equipment), and the wait time at the rental shop was half an hour, and that wasn't because of the queues, but because there was no power, the system crashed. Customers even had to ask for the automatic doors to be manually opened during the power outage. The staff somehow didn't think of it themselves, or to have their shoes handed out for fitting when the system was temporarily down.
After returning, you have to pay extra for the equipment rental, because while the pass and equipment were purchased as a set, the equipment takes several minutes longer to use than the pass – that's the big problem with synchronizing the two together.

We visited Bałtów for the first time. Our three grandchildren, ages 6-9, had a wonderful five-day stay.
Besides the ski slopes, there were plenty of other attractions. There was no time for boredom. Beautiful scenery, decorations everywhere.
A place worth recommending. Only 180 km from Warsaw, why travel to the Tatra Mountains? We will definitely be back.

My partner and I came here to try downhill skiing for the first time. We had a great instructor (Łukasz Malik) who introduced us to the ins and outs of skiing, and in no time we were skiing on our own. Great fun!

A great resort for the whole family. I highly recommend it.

2-3 beginner trails, short and gentle, primarily for learning and practicing skating techniques. A preschool with a climbing rope for toddlers. Many attractions nearby for children and families. A very well-designed and organized small center with catering and an ice rink.

Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wypożyczalnia świetnie wyposażona z fachową obsługą. Trasy o różnym stopniu trudności. Polecam :)
