I spent the day on the 27th and it's getting complicated even at the top... (rocks, grass, patches of ice...)

Things haven't improved in the last few days. Still enough coverage at higher altitudes but quite a lots of rock debris on most pistes and the lower slopes are getting really patchy. Only a small part of the ski area is open. The snow is decent at higher elevations but poor quality at lower elevations. A lot of rocks are coming to the surface. Bring your old skis.

Glorious up high and good snow conditions today. Foggy lower down and the snow is thin with stones in places and slushy at resort level by the end of the day.

Snows receded a bit at the base of the Alpe d’Hues bowl but pistes still hold up. Just the main pistes left down in Auris, but you can make it down. Above 2000 still good until late on. Up top lovely.
