I was there with my children and my father in 2025 AD. It was great fun, with a variety of slopes, from easy to black, although only 13 were relatively difficult. It was impossible to ski everything in two days with the kids. There were no queues (second half of February). Some of the slopes were artificially snowed, especially at lower elevations, but the high-altitude slopes were great.

An ideal ski resort for skiing, but if you want to do something different for a day, you're out of luck here… There are no winter hiking trails, or they're interrupted by the new valley run. The range of restaurants has also unfortunately declined over the years. Highly recommended if you only want to ski.

Unfortunately, all the excitement fades on Wednesday after three days of skiing. The trails look terrible. The bumps are worn. Thick layers of packed snow cover the connecting trails. This is not how trails should look in such a beautiful resort. The grooming is completely neglected.

Schönes Skigebiet mit Bereichen für Anfänger aber auch schönen Pisten für Fortgeschrittene. Kein Massentourismus.

Ich fahre hier seit 11 Jahren jährlich hin, und bin noch immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Skigebiet. Es gab eigentlich immer genug Schnee um auch neben der Liste zu fahren, die Verbindung von Kals nach matrei ist zwar noch immer nicht die beste, aber das stört nicht. Ich hoffe ich kann noch viele weitere Jahre dort hin fahren. Was für mich ein kleiner Dorn im Auge ist, ist das es keinen richtigen funpark, wie man es von größeren skigebieten kennt, nicht gibt. Ich kann jedem empfehlen dort hin zu fahren.

Ansich ein kleines und verträumtes Skigebiet. Pisten i.O. Schneesicherheit vorhanden. Was uns pers.stört ist,dass es keinen sep.Skipass nur für Kals gibt. Anfänger benötigen nicht das Grossglockner Resort.
