Overview
The Swiss ski resort Flumserberg/Heidiland, situated between 1300 and 2222 m above sea level, is the largest winter sports destination between Zürich and Chur. It offers various winter activities. Thanks to the resort’s topographical position and modern snow making systems Flumserberg/Heidiland offers good snow conditions from December to the end of April. Many kilometres of slopes for alpine skiing and snowboarding can be found in the area. Most of them are of average difficulty, but advanced skiers will also find their challenge. In Leist, Seeben and Spitzmeilen free ride areas are located. Carvers skiing in Flumserberg/Heidiland will also find good slopes and for snowboarders there is a large snow park and a half pipe. Furthermore Flumserberg has a toboggan run of 3 km length.
