The Espace Lumiere is the harmonious meeting up of the French Alps with the warm Mediterranean climate. Located in the Upper Verdon, the Espace Lumiere ski area links the resorts Val d'Allos and Pra-Loup. The ski area offers a large choice of varied terrain that expert skiers and beginners alike can enjoy. The Espace Lumiere ski area also has a great natural heritage, in particular the Mercantour National Park with its incredible wealth of flora and fauna. The Allos Lake (2228 m), situated in the park, is the largest natural high alpine lake in Europe.
