Friuli Ski Resorts

In Friuli Venezia Giulia, the skiresort of Piancavallo, Forni di Sopra, Zoncolan, Tarvisio and Sella Nevea-Bovec cover 200 hectares of ski trails. The regional ski resorts offer in each centre the opportunity to practise all the different disciplines of nordic and downhill skiing, with different features in each centre, and with high standards as regards quality an security on the slopes.

The regional ski-area covers more than 80 km long trails for nordic skiing and 90 Km long slopes for downhill skiing, with artificial snow devices covering 100% of all the skiing trails. The slopes are organised in different difficulty levels, some of them have the right prerequisites to be suitable for the European Ski Championship and the World Ski Championship.
