The ski bus should have some logical description-explanation for those who come for the first time, because the way back was a big logistical experience... finally 16.00 and the ski bus only arrived at 16.35, with maybe 3 times more people crammed in there than would be safe and convenient. And the one who wants to get off first is pushed back by the mass of people, so everyone in ski boots and with skis gets off... People desperately stopped cars to be driven at least a little to the parking lot where they had parked. I also don't understand why after ordering from the e-shop I get a message that the ski pass can be picked up at Dedovka in a machine (one of the two worked and quite slowly, i.e. a lot longer than at the cash register), while the ski pass can also be picked up at the cash register at Laliky. The toilet at Marguska is a disaster - during the 2 days we were there, it wasn't washed, but it was clogged, dirty, scattered, desperate. The resort is in a beautiful environment, it has wide slopes, they have a great slope, there are enough nice buffets, you can eat quite well there, the prices are good... but the services regarding the organization of ski buses, ski passes and sanitary facilities have big gaps. You should also know that the entire resort only works if there is enough natural snow, i.e. all the cable cars are running, but only half of the slopes.
Quite enough lifts to operate, without significant waiting even on weekends
Ski bus and parking, tickets from the e-shop, toilets

I completely agree with the comment from "dusan spap." I absolutely do not recommend this place!! I went for evening skiing. After the first descent, around 5:45 PM, it turned out the slope was completely unprepared after a full day of use! I also have reservations about the upper station. Getting off the chairlift can be a risky experience, even for experienced snowboarders. But what happened when getting on the chairlift is beyond reproach. I was standing at the gate that lets you onto the conveyor belt, and it opened too early, and I went onto the belt. I didn't even have time to turn around before I was tripped and found myself under the chairlift. It took several seconds for everything to stop, and I was dragged by the chairlift. There was no help from the staff; no one reacted. I was at the camera station, wanting to see what had happened. Unfortunately, the staff flatly refused to show me the video (I wanted to watch it – maybe it was my fault?). I should add that the gate also opened for the person next to me, who also got into trouble. After the incident, I tried to file a complaint, explaining that boarding and disembarking in Poland is much safer. They said it was my fault, and that was it. I wanted a refund, but it's my fault, they have nothing to complain about. I don't recommend it – it's more expensive than in Poland, the slope isn't prepared, the staff is incompetent, the bathrooms are terrible. I strongly advise against it for families with children and seniors! I'm not anonymous, my profile is on Facebook.
There is one lift running.
The Lalika slopes are not snow-covered and are closed. It's a shame. Long queues at Dedovka.

If only the trail were groomed and even slightly prepared, it would be recommendable, but in the condition it was in on January 11, 2025, it's a shame to charge fees. It would have been better to close the trail for an hour and a half and then groom it. It's hard to believe that the trail could have been so badly neglected with such heavy snowfall.
Wide route at the top.
The trail is completely unprepared, with countless bumps and moguls. The trail looks as if a snowcat hasn't been running there in 10 days. k.

Perfect resort for families with children, several blue slopes for beginners, helpful staff, we especially greet the nice man who runs the ski lift from the children's ski school. We also like the events that the resort organizes during the winter season. And the biggest highlight is the evening party in Aprés ski with Croatian DJ Igi. Of course, I have to mention the prosecco sabráž with skis, which we experienced in the Aprés ski bar in Dedovka.
3 interconnected valleys, a large number of slopes, high-quality slope preparation.
inability to pay by card in cafeterias

I'm in the Tatras every winter and I said to myself that I'd try something different, I came to Dedovka, the hill was very good, nice and long, but then I got on the cable car and in the 5 days of my stay there was not a ride on the cable car that they didn't slow down or stop (Dedovka), so I said to myself that I'd look into Apreski and I was disgusted, there was no one there and I ordered 5 things and it took them a very long time and they didn't even make the order correctly, it's a big disappointment for me with this staff, I won't go to Apreski again because for those prices, the staff is simply unwilling and has a terrible attitude, otherwise it was fine.

A very good alternative to Polish centers

Today, 20.1.24, we visited this resort for the first time. Even though the ticket prices seemed a bit expensive, we decided to give it a try. There was only artificial snow on the slopes (okay, the snow blower didn't help), only ice under the snow, the Dedkovka slope was broken by a flood of skiers at 10:00, the Laliky slope was just mud and ice. Overall, it left a very bad impression on our entire group of 12 people. And the remaining slopes are not worth mentioning. I can imagine that if everything worked, the impression would be better, so I recommend that you check the percentage of skiability of the resort before visiting, if we checked, we would definitely go to Oravská Lesná, for example.
high price compared to 2 slopes, therefore huge waiting lines

Je to smutné.
Pekna oblasť a príroda
Smetisko v celom lyžiarskom stredisku
