The Redster X9 is a sporty all-round carver with a clear affinity for the edge. It shows calmness and grip especially in medium and long radii. Turn initiation could be more progressive, but anyone who skis with clean technique gets a very dependable sports tool here. “Lively, sporty and light – like an elegant, dynamic sports car,” says one tester. The ski loves the edge and isn’t super playful. All in all, a powerful companion for ambitious days on snow.
