After the slightly more moderate S/Race SL 12 ran last year, this time the maximum-sport “Pro” version lined up. Frankly unnecessary for many – this slalom missile will drain your legs quickly and is hard to tame for lots of hobby skiers. Extremely zippy, it brings a hefty dose of race feeling. Particularly strong at high speed, it scores with direct response and calm tracking. Technically adept skiers will extract the maximum. A true slalom highlight for dynamic piste athletes.
