Wow, a brilliant freerider with a distinct all-mountain character: the Mindbender 101 is balanced, easy to handle and pleasantly versatile. Its centre-weighted tuning makes it responsive to turns, and it feels right at home in soft snow and slush. “An Easter ski,” as one tester put it – an apt description, as it’s a real joy to ride in soft spring conditions. “It demands concentration at speed, and you notice its 20-metre turning radius on short turns, but overall it’s an uncomplicated all-rounder!” Ideal for skiers who enjoy off-piste terrain and soft slopes in equal measure.
