Light, easy-going and wonderfully uncomplicated: the less-than-agile Elite 5 is clearly aimed at leisure skiers and beginners. “A thoroughly pleasant companion throughout your entire holiday,” is how one tester sums up its character. At higher speeds and on icy, hard slopes, it reaches its limits, but it’s very forgiving and offers a relaxed skiing experience. It only just missed out on a VIP label.
