Blizzard Firebird HRC

Manufacturer’s statement

Top skiers who don’t want to choose between a slalom and a GS ski will find their highly sporty piste companion in the Firebird HRC. Its build and geometry stand for maximum performance. With the “Trueblend Race” wood core, in which ash and poplar are laminated lengthwise, this racer achieves precise flex tuning. The “Duramax” triple-Titanal construction stands for speed, stability and control.

SKIMAGAZIN verdict

A zippy powerhouse for sporty skiers. The HRC convinces with versatility across all radii and high smoothness. “Sporty, lively, agile,” is how one tester describes the ski. It particularly scores in a sporty style with direct feedback, stable edge and excellent control – a broad-spectrum long-turn model that makes no compromises, excites ambitious carvers and last year also impressed in the multi-radius class.
