Bonjour – this French ski brings a playful agility to the Performance class. The Speed 550 loves short and medium radii, turns nimbly and makes it easy for the skier to find the next turn. “Very manoeuvrable, and great for drifting too,” according to the test verdict. On long turns, it becomes a little less stable and less harmonious, but no performance model is designed for full-throttle skiing. A ski that only just missed out on the VIP label, for ambitious all-rounders looking to develop their skills.
