Slalom racing skis have always been our hallmark. The SLX Ace with World Cup plate is designed for the most dynamic discipline – which demands the very best from both the skier and the equipment. This race carver is based on a high-quality racing ski construction featuring RST sidewalls, a “Response Frame” wood core and dual titanium inserts. Its dynamic features also include a 14 mm racing plate.

This is what a racy SL ski is all about: the SLX Ace loves tight turns, builds up pressure instantly and rockets out of the turn with energy. “What a rebound – you practically fly from turn to turn!” says one tester with a broad grin. It’s surprisingly easy to control when drifting, whilst on the edge it shows off its full dynamism. Due to its design, long turns aren’t its forte, but it more than makes up for this by earning “Best in Test” for short turns. A bright green racer for skiers with power, technique and a thirst for maximum short-turn energy.
