With the Transcend, the freeride segment gains a completely new powder tool. It pushes the boundaries of what’s possible and represents a new way of big-mountain skiing. Thanks to “Twin Core” and “Powerzone Titanal”, the ski offers a playful yet stable ride. With its Twin Rocker, it knows no limits on the mountain – whether skiing forwards, backwards, on the ground or in the air.

A spirited freeride ski for advanced skiers, requiring plenty of speed and strong legs. The Transcend 104 is quite stiff, heavy and not very agile over the first few metres. However, when ridden with pressure, it feels stable and ploughs confidently through slushy snow and groomed terrain. “A rock-hard board, but brilliant,” as one tester aptly sums it up. Progressive long turns and big-mountain moments are its core strengths. For heavy or aggressive skiers, the Kästle can be a formidable tool. Definitely not a light, fun ski for leisure skiers.
