Rossignol Arcade 94
Manufacturer’s statement
From fresh powder lines to sporty carving turns – the Arcade 94 combines agile dynamics with damped downhill performance and is designed for experienced skiers. Tip-and-tail rocker with “Air-Tip” technology ensures adaptability for freeriding in changeable terrain, while the extended sidecut and vibration-absorbing “V.A.S.” (Vibration Absorption System) guarantee precision when carving.
SKIMAGAZIN verdict
A wide, good-natured AP ski that is easy to steer off piste and shows neither big strengths nor big weaknesses. On piste it’s solid, but with less edge grip than some rivals. A somewhat sluggish character that forgives mistakes, but doesn’t quite thrill very sporty riders. If you’re after an energy-saving all-mountain ski for relaxed turns, you’ll find it here. Not a performer – more a laid-back cruiser for piste fans who also like to dip briefly into the sidecountry.
