Val Rendena Ski Resorts

Val Rendena features lots of venues to enjoy great vacations, including Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio, the natural masterpiece surrounded by the Adamello Brenta Nature Reserve, Trentino's largest protected area. Westwards are the majestic granitic rock groups of Adamello and Presanella, with the wild Val Genova and the spectacular Nardis falls, while in the east are the grand Brenta Dolomites.

The main town of the area, Madonna di Campiglio discovered its vocation for tourism back in the19th century, and has managed to keep its charm up to our days. A modern town featuring Medieval origins and important examples of architecture and religious art - such as the works of Baschenis - Pinzolo is the center of the incoming tourism of Val Rendena. Stretched along the Sarca valley-bottom and the bike-path, it features surprising side valleys and characteristic villages. High-quality sport facilities include football pitches and playgrounds, ice arenas, pool and gyms.

Dolomiti di Brenta Bike offers mountain-biking itineraries, both for amateurs and families and also satisfactory for trained athletes. Trekking addicts will find numerous trails leading up mountain-huts at height - featuring tracks up to 150 km long, from the simple to the demanding ones - following the classic Dolomite hiking tours. Golf can be practised at the Golf clubs of Campo Carlo Magno and Rendena.
