We have a very good impression of the hotel and spa, except for the late warning from their side about the 20% discount on ski passes.
Regarding the staff on the slopes and apres ski, very bad, extremely slow staff, you have to wait in line for lunch for over an hour if there are 10 people in front of you, coffee takes them 10-15 minutes depending on the type.
Regarding the ski slopes, if there is natural snow it is great, but if there is artificial snow or ice they do not prepare the ski slopes or warn people like in other resorts. After people warned about the impassable hill, nothing happened, even after taking photos of the ice floes on the slope in the middle of the ski slope. An expensive ski pass was bought unnecessarily. All the people sitting in apres ski because of the poor quality of the ski slope, but mainly because they sold out the ski passes.

I was there for the first time, everything worked perfectly from lunchtime, there was no need to wait for a seat :)

Velmi nevhodna uprava zjazdovky asi upravuju vecer a do rana to zmrzne. Ceny su gyssie ako v tatrach, hrôza.

Pri príchode čakáte na skipasy cca 90min personál pomalý. Ski servis nie je servis ale iba pozičovňa - servis vam nespravia. O 10tej hodide svah rozbytý, potom možete isť akurát to reštavrácie kde sa nedá dýchať lebo je tam smrad a dym z kuchyne.

Počasie nám dnes skutočne prialo. Dopoludnia menej ľudí, na sedačku sa dalo ísť v podstate hneď, aj keď ľudia pribúdali, presun na vrchol bol stále plynulý. WC je aj na vrchu, čo považujem za praktické. Zjazdovka dlhá, nepríjemný bol úplne tvrdý zľadovatený sneh, čo možno súviselo s počasím posledných dní... Reštaurácia dole trochu plná, ale išlo to rýchlo. Na svahu personál ochotný. Ďakujeme.

Vcera bolo super,udrziavana zjazdovka,malo ludi,vyborne pocasie.

Výborné lyžiarske stredisko, milí ľudia, bohužiaľ prístup k nemu je strašný. Cesty neodhrnuté, po lyžovaní sme mali problém dostať sa do hotela. Na ostrých serpentínach do Banskej Štiavnice, resp. Žarnivice cesty neodhrnuté, neposypané, katastrofa. Išli sme 10 km rýchlosťou ako sa šmýkalo a dalo sa ísť len po stede cesty, takže ak išlo náhodou auto oproti, trpli sme kto z nás havaruje... veľká škoda, že sa cesta neudržuje poriadne. Inak by sme sa tam určite vrátili.
