Eighteen ski stations along a 250km ski track, from Piacenza to Forlì, with advanced facilities, even more powerful artificial snow systems, expansion of several slopes, and possibilities for both adults and children to practice a lot of activitiers other than skiing. We start from Cimone (1020-1990 mt) with its 50 km of tracks, all inter-connected, and accessible with a single electronic skipass, that inaugurates the season with a welcomed surprice: unvaried prices for skipasses and free access for the children up to 8 years of age, accompanied by an adult. The snow in Cimone is guaranteed by a modern artificial snow system, programmed to cover 78% of the skiing area. S. Annapelago (Pievepelago-MO) inaugurates the new Nordic ski track "Stadio del Fondo" that crosses the town and is 3 km long, of which half is covered by artificial snow. The facility is next to the 7,5 km long Acque Chiare track, 2 chair lifts and 1 ski lift. A lot of activities animate after skiing. The Scuola Guide Alpine Cimone offers snow shoe excursions, also at night, alpine ski trekking, freeride at the climbings with crampons and ice-axes, as well as climbing on ice walls.Set in the wonderful scenery of the Tuscan-Emilian "Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino" you will find the Cerreto Laghi ski station (1350-1980 mt), in the province of Reggio Emilia, that inaugurates the season with the electronic skipass for free use of the three chair lifts and the ski lift. The location offers 11 downhill slopes at a total of 29 km, 2 cross-country tracks, the modern facility in Pala Ghiaccio, the only in the Apennine area, a training school and Baby Park, training tracks and an area dedicated to snowboarding, but there is also a possibility to more demanding sports such as ski excursions, backcountry and alpine skiing. An artificial snow system with 40 cannons is placed along the 15km of tracks.
