For me, Tatranská Lomnica is a place worth returning to – but for a few days, not a whole week. I love the ride from Lomnická Pass and the views of the Tatra Mountains, but the lack of a wide variety of trails makes me crave something new after a few days. However, if you're looking for a modern resort with beautiful scenery and trails that will make you sweat, I definitely recommend it.
My rating: 8/10 – a great place for a short getaway, but not for a longer stay.

On February 22, 2024, all ski lifts in Tatranska Lomnica were closed, well, it happens, we have no influence on the weather, but when I asked for a refund for the ski passes, I was refused, since the services cannot be provided, it should probably be natural that the money should be refunded for the services not provided, but not in this resort.

I've been twice in good weather. The first time was Friday, the blue runs were great, higher up were just okay, and few people. The second time, on January 20, 2024, unfortunately, the wind blocked the old "C" chairs. Red runs 5, 5a, and 6 were icy, and I couldn't test black run 7. The lower runs were better, runs 1 and 2 had excellent conditions, and runs 9 and 11 were worse than the other blue runs, so it's not worth going to the 8-person chairlift. The 6-person chairlift makes the chairlift at the bottom move quickly. Overall, it looks like there's just not enough fresh snow or the groomers aren't working hard enough. The Panorama restaurant stops serving food at 2:50 PM. I don't know which one before, but the worst part is that if you take the gondola up before 3:30 PM, you can't use the restroom; they're simply closed. In Poland, we call this "PRL" :)

I do not recommend this place. The prices are alpine, but the conditions on the slope are not.
I visit this place for the 5th time in my life and each time there are some problems with electricity.
I can understand the recurring problems with electricity 20 years ago due to technology, but not today. I hoped they have modernized the infrastructure after 20 years but apparently they did not.
Some people had to spent 60 minutes in the gondola waiting for rescue.
The top slope is still being served with the ski lift from at least 40 years ago. The slightest wind disables the lift so you need to be really lucky to use it. And the rest of ski slopes are really so so - not worth to visit.
Additionally none of the ski slopes is not being prepared properly. I have started to ski early in the morning and I could not see no traces of grooming.
And last but not least I was able to ski only for 2 hours as later the ski lift stopped working. There is no refund possible. What they offer is 4 hours ticket to be used in the different timing. But I am not going to return here ever. And I will not gift this ticket to any of my friends as I want to protect them from such a poor ski experience.

Bardzo polecam! Ośrodek dobrze skomunikowany. Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek (miejscowosc jest bardzo spokojna).

Na dole trasy dla początkujących, wyżej dla zaawansowanych i na samej górze czarna trasa i strefa freeride dla doświadczonych narciarzy. Wyciągi o ogromnej przepustowości (6os kanapa+równolegle 4osobowa gondola i 15os gondola). 3,5 godziny od aglomeracji śląskiej. Brakuje skibusów z okolicznych miejscowości i trzeba się ładować na płatny parking. Udało się trafić na genialne warunki od 8.30 do 15 żadnych muld. Dawno się tak dobrze nie bawiłem na nartach. Jak miałbym się do czegoś przyczepić to klimat w knajpach i przy wyciagach jest gorszy niż we Włoszech.

Szanowni,
Miałem okazję spędzić tydzień na początku lutego 2023 w Tatrzańskiej Łomnicy.
Karnet 5 dniowy ok 400E na dwie osoby- drogo , i raczej nie jak na warunki jakie oferował kompleks.
Wszystkie stoki otwarte, trasy przygotowane , śniegu sporo i do tego 5 dni jazdy przy słonecznej pogodzie.
Kompleks sam w sobie nie powala łącznym "kilometrarzem" tras , niemniej każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Zdecydowanie przewyższa każdy ośrodek w naszym kraju.
Jeśli nie dysponujesz funduszem na wyjazd w Alpy/Dolomity etc. miejsce jest godne polecenia.
Minusem jest płatny i mało pojemny parking oraz 2 knajpy na stokach i obie podłe z cenami KOSMOS.
Byłem tm po raz pierwszy i na pewno nie ostatni.

Malé děti nemohou na malou sjezdovku hned u skipassoffice, přitom je na mapě střediska. . Patří to v některých dnech a hodinach soukromé škole a je třeba platit extra. Skipas tedy vyhozen peníz. Navíc je třeba platit 5eur za dítě, po par minutách debaty 10eur, instruktoři docelandrsoni. Informace neprehledne, fronty a ztracený čas všude. Slovensko krásné, no, na lyže už nikdy víc.
