Szklarska Poręba - Ski Arena Szrenica Reviews

If you really want to ski and have fun, you won't find it in Szklarska Poręba. There are very long queues, I was very dissatisfied, and the prices are very high. One hour of skiing lessons cost 180 PLN! This is a huge exaggeration, with queues everywhere, no amenities, and you're freezing on the lifts. Prices are OUT OF OUTER SPACE, and the Winnie the Pooh is on is simply pathetic!

• I'm sorry but for me there were no pluses there, I was very disappointed.
• Very expensive, very long queues, driving lessons per hour, very exorbitant prices!

Bad ratio of quality, skiing time and price and waiting for the lift and on the slow chairlift. But the place has great potential and beautiful nature, too bad.

• Moderate slope suitable for children, children under 6 years old free, beautiful nature, nice views from above
• Usually only the old extra slow double chairlift is in operation, waiting in line can easily be 1 - 1.5 hours if there are more people, of the slopes offered, only the blue one is usually available and only to the middle station (all the way up is allowed only to tourists, even though there is a lot of snow).

Overall, it's a nice ski slope in Lower Silesia, but the trails are limited and the lift to Puchatek is poor. During the holidays, the queue for the lift to Puchatek is very long.

Until there's a substantial reconstruction, it's a shame to waste time and money in Szklarska. The national park decides everything. Words fail.

• Everything: the price of ski passes, one route, waiting time, two-person chairlift, everything paid for: toilets, parking. Where are the city officials that they're not investing in a ski lift? This Szklarska thing is one big misunderstanding. The Czechs are making money off of it.

Přijel jsem poprvé do této destinace a čekal mne šok. Půlka města je rozkopaná a nedá se jím projet. Bloudili jsme a bloudili při jakékoliv cestě, protože navigace byla těmi uzavírkami zmatená. Konečně jsme nalezli sjezdovku a chtěli jsme dát lyže na rychlý servis mazání a broušení hran, ale to šlo údajně pouze za hotové a kdo má u sebe zloté, nikdo z nás. Jediný bankomat v okolí je ATM s poplatky dražšími než celý servis lyží. A nakonec servis proveden katastrofálně. špatně namazáno, lyže nejely a hrany se sekaly, takže byly špatně zbroušené. Druhý den jsme je daly do nového servisu a pokud zklame i tento na lyžování už letos se...

Bardzo lubię narciarstwo w Szklarskiej Porębie, potencjał jest wręcz niesamowity. Zastanawia tylko że jeśli w okolicy wszędzie można jeździć na nartach to w Szklarskiej działa najwyżej puchatek. Nie rozumiem dlaczego nie przegotowują tras by robić "kapustę" jak we wszystkich normalnych kurortach narciarskich? Jeździłem tam często bo czasem dało się pojeździć na nartach. W obecnej sytuacji nie ma najmniejszego sensu tam jechać, chyba że ktoś liczy na jazdę puchatkiem po odstaniu swojego w kolejce, ja wrócę dopiero gdy wreszcie zacznie to działać jak należy.
